摘要
对紫云英和苜蓿种子进行钼、钴溶液引发试验,结果表明,在含盐条件下,随着钴和钼浓度的增加,整体发芽率先增后降、MGT先降后升、GI先升后降。因此,在钼、钴的引发下,紫云英和苜蓿种子的最终发芽率、发芽速度和发芽整齐度均有所提高。
