摘要
为提升西安城市品质建设速度,从经济发展、人民生活、政府服务、环境宜居、城市治理、对外开放、文化建设等7个方面构建"品质西安"建设测评体系。运用熵权法客观赋值并进行评价。分析结果显示,西安在经济、生态环境、文化等3方面相对薄弱,对此提出相应对策与建议,以期为相关部门提供借鉴。
To improve the speed of urban quality construction in Xi′an, an evaluation system of "Quality Xi′an" construction is established, which includes economic development, people′s life, government services, environmental livability, urban governance, opening up, and cultural construction. The construction of "Quality Xi′an" is evaluated by applying the entropy method. The study shows that Xi′an is relatively weak in terms of economy, ecological environment and culture. Thus corresponding countermeasures are proposed. It can be used as a reference for the relevant government departments.
