摘要
IEEE 323和GB/T 12727都提出4种核安全级数字化仪表控制系统设备鉴定的方法,由于受到经济、时间以及有效模型等因素的限制,多采用组合法。组合法通过分析经鉴定并投入运行设备的鉴定标准、质量保证过程、产品类型、应用硬件配置、功能性能和鉴定试验,对同类设备进行适用性分析,以确定不符合技术规格书要求的测试项目,通过补充试验项目验证同类设备的性能。本文以某厂家民用核安全电气设备许可证范围变更为例,介绍组合法在设备鉴定过程中的应用。结果表明,该方法可减少设备鉴定试验项目,降低试验成本,优化核安全监管机构的监督管理流程,加快许可证范围变更项目进度。
        4 qualification methods have been proposed in IEEE 323 and GB/T 12727 for class 1 E digital instrumentation and control system equipment qualification, due to factors such as economy, time, and effective models, the combined methods are used. Combined methods analyze qualification standards,quality assurance process, product type, application hardware configuration, functional performance, and qualification test of equipment that has been certified and put into operation, and then conduct analysis of suitability of analogous equipment qualification, in order to determine qualification test items that can not meet requirements of the technical specifications. Performance of analogous equipment is proved by results of supplementary qualification test items. Taking the change of license scope of civil nuclear safety electrical equipment of a manufacturer as an example, application of combined methods are introduced. The results show that combined methods can reduce equipment qualification test items, so as to reduce test cost, simplify supervision and management of China nuclear safety supervision and administration agency, and speed up project progress.
