摘要
提出了一种针对复杂橡胶零件气味来源以及整改方法的思路。即,首先通过主观气味测试,判断橡胶气味主要来源于零件的哪个部位;然后对该部位配方中的原材料逐个抽出,进行气味对比;同时结合顶空-色谱-质谱测试方法,找到气味来源。首次引入了气味指数概念,对气味进行量化,深入评估气味强度,从而有针对性地优化零件气味。
        This paper proposes an idea and method on source and optimization of complicated rubber part's smell. First, find the zone where the smell is mainly from via smell test subjectively. And then compare the smell result through wiping off each raw material of formula. And meanwhile, find the main volatile substances which emit from the part via Headspace-GC-MS test. A concept of smell index is introduced for the first time to quantize the smell test and make further efforts to evaluate smell intension. Finally the smell source can be determined which is useful for smell optimization.
