麝香痔疮栓联合针刺治疗对痔疮患者术后恢复的影响

摘要
目的:分析麝香痔疮栓联合针刺治疗对痔疮患者术后恢复的影响。方法:本研究对象选取2017年1月—2017年6月320例痔疮手术患者,所选取的患者手术方式均采用混合痔外切内扎术。按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组各160例。对照组患者术后给予麝香痔疮栓治疗,观察组患者术后给予麝香痔疮栓联合针刺治疗。连续治疗7 d,对比两组疼痛持续时间、创面愈合时间、肛周功能、炎症因子水平、术后并发症的差异。结果:观察组患者术后疼痛持续时间、创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组,组间有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组术后7 d时血清TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组,组间有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为6.88%,明显低于对照组的15.00%,组间有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:麝香痔疮栓联合针刺治疗对痔疮患者的术后恢复具有良好的效果,可促进疼痛缓解、创面愈合,减轻炎症反应程度,降低术后并发症风险,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of the Shexiang hemorrhoid suppository combined with acupuncture on the treatment of hemorrhoids and the effect on the recovery after operation.Methods:Totally 320 cases of hemorrhoid surgery from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected and divided into 160 cases in the control group and 160 in the observation group according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with Shexiang hemorrhoid suppository after operation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with musk hemorrhoid suppository combined with acupuncture after operation.The treatment lasted for 7 d.We compared two groups′ pain duration,wound healing time,the levels of inflammatory factors and postoperative complications.Results:The duration of postoperative pain and the healing time of the wounds in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 7 d after operation,and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.88%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(15%).There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shexiang hemorrhoid suppository combined with acupuncture has good effect in treating hemorrhoids.It can promote pain relief and wound healing,reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction and the risk of postoperative complications,and so it is worthy of clinical application.
