经方药物剂量在临床治疗中的意义

摘要
组成方剂的不同药物剂量在影响治疗效果时起着十分重要的作用。本文从药物剂量的一般意义,方剂中药物间的剂量比例,以及个别药物剂量的变化在方剂中之特殊意义等方面,对临床上一些常见的与《伤寒论》中药物剂量有关的问题加以探讨。认为方剂中之药物剂量是其治法的具体体现,既有一般情况下的常用剂量,亦有特殊情况下的特殊剂量。而在考虑方剂中药物剂量时,一定要注意药物配伍的剂量比例。
Different dosage has great influence on the therapeutic effect. This article discusses some common dosage problems related to Treatise on Febrile Diseases in terms of general meaning of dosage, dose ratio among the drugs in the prescription and the special meaning of changes of individual drug dose. We believe dosage in prescription is the concrete embodiment of treatment method, which is shown in common dose and special dosage in particular cases. In the clinical practice, the doctors must be sure to pay attention to the dosage proportion of drug compatibility.
