摘要
煤炭在我国一次能源的消费中占主要地位,而由此产生的大气污染是相当严重的。SO2是煤燃烧排放中的主要成分。将静电效应引入石灰浆烟气脱硫中,是烟气脱硫技术发展的新途径。而对石灰浆荷电雾化特性的研究则是石灰浆荷电雾化脱硫技术的关键。本实验中应用皮安表和颗粒图像分析仪等石灰浆荷电雾化试验装置,测定了石灰浆荷电雾化后荷电特性,并定性地研究了颗粒分布。结果表明:雾滴的荷电量与充电电压间存在着线性关系;静电效应的引入能很好地提高石灰浆雾化质量。
        Coal dominates the combustion of the primary energy in China,and the resulting air pollution is very serious. SO2emissions from burning coal are the main component of the pollution. Introducing electrostatic effect to the flue gas desulphurization by lime slurry is a new development of flue gas desulphurization technology. And the research the characteristics of the lime slurry charged atomization is the key to desulfurization by the lime slurry charged atomization technology. In this experiment,using the μ-ampere apparatus and the particle image analysis apparatus,we determine the charged characteristics of lime slurry after atomizing and make a qualitative study of particle distribution. The results showed that there is a linear relationship between the electrical quantity of fog drops and the charged voltage; the effect of the introduction of electrostatic effect can be very good to improve the quality of atomizing lime slurry.
