侯马市20～30岁健康人表皮可培养共生菌多样性及耐药性分析

摘要
<正>健康的人体藏匿着庞大的各种不同的细菌群体又叫共生菌群,它们有好、有坏,均在维持宿主正常的生理功能中发挥重要的作用。目前关于人体菌群的研究主要集中于肠道菌群和感染患者病原菌的分离,而对于健康人体共生菌的研究并不是很多。本研究的目的是研究局部地区20～30岁健康人的鼻腔和皮肤可培养共生菌的种属多样性及主要种属耐药性,为深入了解人体共生菌种属多样性的变化与局部地区疾病发生发展的关系打下基础。1资料与方法1.1临床资料:①菌株来源:2018年6月至10月在侯马市人民医院体检中心采集侯马市20～30岁体检指标正常、无
