摘要

2019年3月,国家四部委联合发布《关于进一步完善新能源汽车推广应用财政补贴政策的通知》,该通知的发布标志着新能源汽车产业发展正式进入到后补贴时代。基于当前柳州市新能源汽车产业发展现状,分析了后补贴时代产业发展制约因素,进而提出了未来产业发展的对策建议。
        In March 2019, the four ministries and commissions jointly issued the "Notice on Further Improving the financial subsidy policy for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles." The release of this notice marked the official entry of the development of the new energy vehicles industry into the post-subsidy era. Based on the current development of the new energy vehicles industry in Liuzhou, this paper analyzes the constraints of the industry development in the post-subsidy era, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the industry.
