刘丽芳运用补虚养血法治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎经验
摘要
介绍刘丽芳教授治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的经验。刘教授认为本病是乳管内残奶郁积,阻滞乳络,气血运行不畅,痰瘀互阻而凝聚成块,郁久化热,热盛肉腐而发为脓肿;瘀阻日久则新血不生,导致血虚。其以补虚养血法为基础开展的治疗取得了满意疗效,并附验案1则,以资佐证。
