摘要
【目的】观察人参养荣汤对大鼠运动中枢性疲劳的干预效应。【方法】将48只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、支链氨基酸组、人参养荣汤组,每组12只。采用游泳力竭方法复制运动中枢性疲劳大鼠模型。人参养荣汤组、支链氨基酸组给予相应药物灌胃,空白组、模型组给予等体积生理盐水灌胃,共给药4周。给药结束后,采用比色法测定血清乳酸、血红蛋白水平;速率法测定血清肌酸激酶水平;脲酶法测定血清尿素氮水平;高效液相色谱法检测血清支链氨基酸、游离色氨酸水平;荧光分光光度法测定血清5-羟色胺、5-羟吲哚乙酸水平。【结果】与模型组比较,人参养荣汤组大鼠力竭时间明显延长,乳酸、肌酸激酶、尿素氮、游离色氨酸、5-羟色胺、5-羟吲哚乙酸水平显著降低,血红蛋白、支链氨基酸水平及羟吲哚乙酸/5-羟色胺比值显著升高(P <0.05或P <0.01)。【结论】人参养荣汤有明显的增强运动耐力和解除疲劳作用。
        Objective To observe the intervention effect of Renshen Yangrong Decoction(RYD)on exerciseinduced central fatigue in rats. Methods Forty-eight rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely blank group,model group,branched-chain amino acid(BCAA)group and RYD group,12 rats in each group. The exercise-induced central fatigue rat model was established by exhaustive swimming method. The BCAA group and RYD group were given intragastric administration of corresponding medicine, and the blank group and model group were intragastric administration of the same volume of normal saline,the treatment covering 4 weeks. After medication,the serum levels of lactic acid and hemoglobin were determined by colorimetric method,the serum level of creatine kinase(CK)was measured by rate method, the serum level of urea nitrogen was detected by urease method,the serum levels of BCAA and free tryptophan(f-Trp)were detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid(5-HIAA)were detected by fluorospectrophotometer. Results Compared with the model group, the time for exhausted swimming was prolonged,and the levels of lactic acid,creatine kinase,urea nitrogen,f-Trp,5-HT and 5-HIAA were reduced,and the levels of hemoglobin and branched-chain amino acid,5-HIAA/5-HT ratio were increased in RYD group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion RYD can obviously enhance exercise endurance and relieve fatigue.
