药物载体材料壳聚糖衍生物壳层磁性纳米粒子的制备与表征

摘要
目的制备多种粒径均一、高度分散的壳聚糖衍生物壳层磁性纳米粒子。方法利用原位法,采用红外光谱、X-RD、透射电子显微镜、动态光散射、zeta电位、以及VSM等手段对这些磁性纳米粒子进行表征,运用热重分析对壳层成分进行定量。结果壳聚糖衍生物壳层磁性纳米粒子粒径均一、高度分散并且室温下显顺磁性。结论原位法可成功制备粒径均一、高度分散、顺磁性的壳聚糖衍生物壳层磁性纳米粒子。
