武夷岩茶对糖尿病大鼠肠道菌群的调节作用

摘要
将用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病模型大鼠,连续灌胃高、中、低剂量的武夷岩茶和生理盐水,30 d后,采用高通量测序技术对大鼠的肠道菌群进行分析,探讨武夷岩茶对糖尿病大鼠肠道菌群的影响.结果表明:与正常对照组相比,模型对照组大鼠肠道菌群的多样性明显增多(P<0.05),而武夷岩茶可以有效抑制这一趋势,其中以武夷岩茶高剂量组的抑制效果最为显著(P<0.05);与正常对照组相比,模型对照组大鼠肠道菌群从门到属均发生显著变化,其中,拟杆菌门的比例显著下降(P<0.05),变形菌门的比例显著上升(P<0.05).灌胃武夷岩茶后,拟杆菌门的比例上升,变形菌门的比例下降,且调节效果与武夷岩茶的剂量呈正相关.提示武夷岩茶具有改善糖尿病大鼠肠道菌群结构的作用.
        Diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin(STZ) were treated with continuously intragastric administration at 3 levels of Wuyi rock tea, with the addition of saline to normal and diabetic rats as the control and model groups, respectively. After 30 d, the intestinal flora of rats were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing. The results showed that the intestinal flora diversity of the model group increased significantly compared with the control(P<0.05). Rock tea effectively suppressed this trend, with the inhibitory effect from the high-dose being the strongest(P<0.05). Compared with the control, the intestinal flora of the model group at phylum and genus level changed significantly, with a decreased proportion of Bacteriodetes and increased proportion of Proteobacteria(P<0.05). In contrast, the proportion of Bacteroidetes in groups with rock tea intake increased and the proportion of Proteobacteria decreased. Moreover, the regulatory effect of Wuyi rock tea was positively related to the dose. Therefore, Wuyi rock tea is likely to adjust the imbalance intestinal flora attributed to diabetes.
