摘要

从病因和发病机制方面,系统总结蔡圣朝教授在治疗PHN方面的临床治疗经验及特色,用药上主张大剂量黄芪,白芍赤芍同用以及善用藤类、虫类药。临证方面提出活血化瘀法贯穿PHN始末,肝脾同调,以及重视心理治疗。
        In the aspect of etiology and pathogenesis, Professor CAI Shengchao's clinical experience and characteristics in the treatment of PHN were summarized systematically, and large dose of Astragalus membranaceus, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Paeoniae Alba, as well as the best use of rattan and insect drugs were advocated. In the aspect of clinical syndrome, the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was put forward through the beginning and end of PHN, liver and spleen homology, and attention to psychotherapy.
