英语专业英语国家研究课程项目依托教学教师角色及其问题研究

摘要
我国的"走出去"战略和"一带一路"建设迫切需要通晓相关国家国情的外语人才。为了增加英语专业学生对英语国家的了解,我国东北某高校英语专业开展了英语国家研究系列课程项目依托教学的探索。本研究重点关注了以项目为依托的英语国家研究课程教学教师的角色及存在的问题。研究采用了定性的研究范式,借助半结构化访谈和课堂观察收集数据。研究获得如下结果:在指导层面,教师引导学生进行项目选题、指导学生收集和分析材料,帮助学生发现、分析和解决问题;教师介绍相关国家的背景知识、教授项目研究的理论知识;教师组织小组演讲、同伴互评和小组讨论;在人际关系层面,教师借助多媒体手段提高学生学习兴趣,鼓励学生反馈;教师制定课堂规则,采取激励措施,监督项目学习过程;教师关心学生的学习兴趣、需求、个人发展和项目学习;在道德层面,教师为学生树立良好的榜样。此外,研究还发现教师指导不充分、研究方法知识教学不足、学生团队意识培养不够及自身知识结构局限等问题,在此基础上提出了相应的问题解决建议。
