摘要
塑料加工是制造业中一个较大的门类,近年来得到快速发展,但是,塑料加工行业与加工企业的自身盈利水平还不高。据党的十九大报告,对新时代生态文明建设也做出了相应的战略部署。绿色节能制造不仅符合国家发展政策,也是塑料加工行业长远发展的趋势。为此,本文阐述了一种"高投资回报率、无风险的塑料加工节能技术",期待对塑料加工企业的节能低碳提供一种切实可行的技术方案和产品,降低企业制造成本、提高企业竞争力。
        Plastic processing is a large category in the manufacturing industry, which has been developed rapidly in recent years, but the plastic processing industry and processing enterprises' own profitability is not high. According to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the construction of ecological civilization in the new era has also made corresponding strategic arrangements.Green and energy-saving manufacturing is not only in line with the national development policy, but also the long-term development trend of the plastic processing industry.To this end, this paper describes a''plastic processing energy saving technology of high return on investment without risk", looking forward to provide a practical technical solution and products of energy saving and low carbon for plastic processing enterprises, reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
