摘要
端锚自旋可伸长式锚杆是一种新型的煤矿巷道围岩支护技术,主要应用于破碎围岩巷道的支护工程,以采用增大摩擦阻力与弯曲可伸长共同作用为设计理念。分析了端锚自旋可伸长式锚杆的设计思路,介绍了端锚自旋可伸长式锚杆的支护特点,阐述了端锚自旋可伸长式锚杆的支护设计,通过数值模拟分析结合工业试验,验证了端锚自旋可伸长式锚杆的应用可行性。
The extensible anchor bolt with spin end is a new support technology for surrounding rocks of coal mine tunnel, it is mainly applied in roadway supporting engineering with broken surrounding rocks, its design philosophy is improving frictional resistance and extensible and flexional structure. The design thought of extensible anchor bolt with spin end was analyzed, ant its supporting features were introduced, and its supporting design was elaborated. Through numerical simulation and industrial tests, the application feasibility was verified.
