摘要
旨在解决镀锡不锈钢激光焊接焊点拉力偏低的问题。首先,以峰值功率、脉冲宽度、离焦量为主要因素进行了正交试验,得到了最大的焊点拉力。然后,通过极差分析,得知脉冲宽度是影响焊点拉力的最主要因素。最后,进一步对脉冲宽度进行了优化。结果表明:在脉冲宽度大于3 ms的情况下,焊点内部无气孔产生,可以极大地提高焊点拉力。
This study was performed to solve the problem of low tensile force of solder joints on tin-plated stainless steel by laser welding. The peak power, pulse width and defocusing amount were selected as main factors, and the maximum tensile force of solder joints was acquired via orthogonal experiment. The range analysis indicted that the pulse width was the most important factor affecting the tensile force of solder joints. Furthermore, the pulse width was optimized. The results showed that there was no pores in the internal of solder joints when the pulse width was greater than 3 ms, which can greatly increase the tensile force of solder joints.
