摘要
以工业自动化生产线中的ABB机器人及PLC为研究对象,针对各自特点提出通讯方案实现与PC机的集成通讯,并针对ABB机器人及PLC开发集成控制软件,实现了机器人与PLC的集成控制。建立了机器人和PLC的3D模型进行虚拟调试,通过实验验证了集成控制系统的有效性。
ABB robot and PLC in the industrial automation production line are taken as research objects. According to their respective characteristics,the communication solutions are proposed to realize integrated communication with PC. The control software is developed to realize the integrated control of Robot and PLC. In addition,the 3D models of robot and PLC are established for virtual commissioning. The effectiveness of the integrated control system is verified through experiments.
