摘要
<正>梗阻性肾积水是小儿常见的泌尿系统疾病,病因主要是肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄。梗阻性肾积水对肾脏发生损害的机制仍不完全清楚,梗阻性肾积水动物模型的构建,在很大程度上模拟了先天性肾积水发生的过程,为探讨梗阻性肾积水的病理及生理过程提供了良好的实验基础,本文就梗阻性肾积水动物模型的制作、研究方法、发病机制等综述如下。1梗阻性肾积水动物模型1.1动物的选择不同的实验动物使用同一实验方法,结果可能
