彩色多普勒超声对盆底疝的诊断价值

摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在盆底疝诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2013年4月至2018年11月,首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院13例盆底疝患者的彩色多普勒超声表现及临床资料。结果 13例均采取手术治疗,超声确诊11例,其中单纯会阴疝7例,会阴疝合并会阴部血管瘤1例,会阴疝合并侵袭性血管黏液瘤2例,闭孔疝1例;超声误诊2例,均为会阴部血管瘤。结论彩色多普勒超声对诊断盆底疝具有重要的临床价值。
Objective Discuss the clinical value of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of pelvic floor hernia. Methods Retrospectively analyze the color doppler sonographic findings and clinical data of pelvic floor hernia in Beijing Chaoyang hospital from April 2013 to November 2018.Results All 13 cases underwent surgery, and 11 cases were confirmed by ultrasonography, among them there were 7 cases of perineal hernia, 1 case of perineal hernia with perineal hemangioma, 2 cases of perineal hernia with invasive angiomyxoma, 1 case of obturator hernia; 2 cases were misdiagnosed by ultrasonography, both were perineal hemangioma. Conclusion There are important clinical value of color doppler ultrasonogaphy in the diagnosis of pelvic floor hernia.
