玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合曲安奈德治疗老年性黄斑变性的疗效及对炎症因子水平的影响

摘要
目的:探究玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合曲安奈德治疗老年性黄斑变性的有效性。方法:选取在某院接受治疗的80例老年性黄斑变性的患者,用随机数字表法把患者分为实验组与对照组各40例。对照组患者接受曲安奈德治疗,实验组患者接受康柏西普、曲安奈德联合治疗,治疗3个月后对比两组患者的治疗有效率、视力与眼压及体内炎性因子。结果:实验组患者的治疗有效率和视力恢复等指标均明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合曲安奈德治疗老年性黄斑变性具有较好的临床效果。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of intravitreal injection of compasible combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration. Methods: 80 patients with age-related macular degeneration who were treated in a hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The patients in the control group received triamcinolone acetonide. The patients in the experimental group received combination therapy of compasible and triamcinolone acetonide for three months. The treatment efficiency, visual acuity and intraocular pressure, inflammatory factors and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results: The therapeutic efficiency and visual acuity recovery of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Intravitreal injection of compasible combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration has good clinical results.
