摘要
目的探讨肾穿刺标本手工及机器2种脱水处理方法在病理切片制备中的差异,总结出合适的脱水处理方法,从而制备规范化的肾穿刺病理切片,有助于提高肾脏病理诊断,为临床诊疗提供可靠的依据。方法送检肾穿刺标本分别进行手工及全自动封闭脱水机处理,处理后的标本分别进行苏木精-伊红染色(HE)及特殊染色。结果机器脱水与手工脱水处理相比,手工脱水处理的标本制备出的病理切片,颜色对比更鲜明、亮丽。结论优秀的病理切片有助于提高病理诊断。
        Objective To investigate the difference between manual and mechanical dewatering of kidney puncture specimens in the preparation of pathological sections,and to summarize the appropriate dehydration treatment methods to prepare standardized pathological sections of renal puncture,which was helpful to improve the diagnosis of renal pathology clinical diagnosis and treatment to provide a reliable basis.Methods The renal puncture specimens were submitted for manual and automatic sealing dehydration treatment,the specimens were processed hematoxylin-eosin(HE)and special staining.Results Compared with the manual dehydration,the dehydration of the machine made the pathological sections of the samples which were dehydrated by hand,the color contrast was more vivid and bright.Conclusion Excellent pathological sections can help to improve the pathological diagnosis.
