预见性护理在脊柱科卧床患者便秘预防中的应用

摘要

为探讨预见性护理预防脊柱科卧床患者便秘的效果,选择2014年7月至2018年2月于我科接受治疗且需绝对卧床的114例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各57例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上给予预见性护理干预,对比2组患者护理干预后排便情况及护理满意度。结果显示,观察组防治便秘的总有效率明显高于对照组,P <0.05;而且护理满意度明显高于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,预见性护理可以有效改善脊柱科卧床患者排便情况,有效降低便秘发生率。
        To investigate the efficacy of foreseeable nursing for preventing constipation of the absolutel bed rest patients from spine department,114 cases treated in author's dept.(2014-07-2018-02)were enrolled in this study,randomly divided into control group(57 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(57 cases,also added foreseeable nursing);after nursing intervention defecation status and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups.As results,in total effective rate and nursing satisfactory degree the observation group was both significantly higher than control one(both,P <0.05).The results show that foreseeable nursing can effectively improve defecation status of the bed rest patients from spine department and effectively reduce constipation incidence.
