摘要
文章研究了不同加工温度、退火温度、退火点对钨丝裂点水平的影响,分析中间工序钨杆硬度和金相结构的变化,对不同规格钨丝进行涡流探伤,得出最佳的加工工艺。通过金相观察钨丝裂点位置形态,发现钨丝的裂点是由表面向中心延伸,指出钨丝表面残余拉应力是造成钨丝裂点的根本原因。
This paper studies the influence of different processing temperature,annealing temperature,annealing point on the split level of thick tungsten filament,analyzes the hardness and metallographic structure change of the tungsten rod during intermediate process,detects tungsten filament at different stage by eddy current,and finds the optimal processing method. By metallographic observation of the position and morphology of tungsten fibrillation point,it is found that the tungsten fibrillation point extends from the surface to the center,and the residual tensile stress on the surface of tungsten fibrillation point is the fundamental cause of tungsten fibrillation point.
