低品质粗甲醇对二甲醚装置生产的不良影响

摘要
低品质粗甲醇中的石蜡含量、水含量均较高,甚至含有肉眼可见石蜡颗粒,水含量也基本在4%～5%之间,另外部分粗甲醇颜色偏红棕色,可能还含有一定量的铁离子;同时低品质粗醇一般在入厂时质检中心只对水含量和密度进行分析,杂质含量未知,用此类粗甲醇供二甲醚使用,存在较大的不良影响。
The paraffin content and water content in low quality crude methanol are both high,and even contain paraffin particles visible to the naked eye. The water content is basically between 4% and 5%. In addition,the color of some crude methanol is reddish brown,and may contain a certain amount of iron ions. At the same time,the quality inspection center only analyzes the water content and density of low-quality crude alcohol when it enters the plant,and the impurity content is unknown. The use of such crude methanol for dimethyl ether has a great negative effect,which is detailed as follows.
