摘要

当代城市化进程正在迅速推进,很多的乡镇聚落老民居正在自然衰败。经济发达地区前二十年左右开展的"撤乡并镇"、"迁村并镇",是造成这些现象的基本原因之一。当前,中央政府的"乡镇振兴"战略的提出与未来30年的全面实行,是近40多年来中国改革开放而不脱离国情现实的"顶层设计",本质是以社会治理、经济发展以及社会和谐稳定为目标来推动中国社会经济,改善民众生活与人居环境质量。通过几个特色村落的民居与人居环境空间规划设计与活化利用,结合实地调研、计算机建模分析,旅游业态功能策划来进行客观分析研究,提供有价值的规划设计方案,通过规划设计来实现现基本理念和设计策略的探索,也为相似地域的特色村落的民居有机更新与活化利用提供借鉴。
        The process of contemporary urbanization is advancing rapidly, and many townships and towns are naturally declining in old houses. The process of "withdrawing townships and towns" and "relocating villages and towns" carried out in the first two decades or so in economically developed areas is one of the basic reasons for these phenomena. At present, the proposal of the central government's "township revitalization" strategy and the comprehensive implementation of the next 30 years are the "top-level designs" of China's reform and opening up over the past 40 years and have not been separated from the reality of the National conditions. The essence is to promote China's social economy with the goals of political governance, economic development, and social harmony and stability, and improve the quality of people's lives and human settlements. Through the spatial planning design and activation and utilization of residential areas and residential environments in several villages, combined with field research, computer modeling analysis,and functional planning of tourism industry, this paper conducts objective analysis and research to provide valuable planning and design solutions. Through the design to realize the current basic concept and the exploration of the design strategy, also for similar areas of the characteristics of the residential organic renewal and activation of the use of effective ways for reference.
