摘要

模拟信号只有转变为数字信号才能通过PLC进行处理完成自动控制过程.介绍了S7-200PLC模拟量模块的主要类型以及输入/输出模块的数据存取方式.对模拟量与数字量的转换进行了公式推导,从实数和整数两个运算程序方面分析了模拟量输入程序的编制.结果表明,此种转换方式具有转换精度高、性能稳定、程序结构清晰等特点.
        Analog quantities need to be converted into digital quantities so that the automatic control is completed through PLC. This paper introduces analog module of S7-200 PLC and the data accessing mode of input/output in which formula deduction of conversion between analog and digital quantities is carried out. The programming of analog input program is analyzed from the aspects of real and integer operations.
