摘要
为了解西兰花采后病害发生的影响因素,选取温度和湿度2个重要的环境因子,探究在不同温度和保湿时间条件下,病原菌对西兰花的侵染能力。结果表明,在低温5℃和10℃条件下,保湿0~72 h内,西兰花接种致病菌株后均未发病。建议在西兰花贮藏运输过程中,保持低温,并采取保湿措施,能起到显著的保鲜效果,并抑制病害发生。
        In order to understand the influencing factors of broccoli post-harvest diseases, two important environmental factors, temperature and humidity were selected, and the infection ability of pathogenic bacteria to broccoli in the condition of different temperatures and moisturizing times were studied. The results showed that, moisturizing within72 hours, no disease occurred after inoculating pathogenic strains on broccoli at low temperature of 5℃ and 10℃. It is suggested that keeping low temperature and taking moisturizing measures during storage and transportation of broccoli could play a significant role in preserving freshness and inhibiting the occurrence of diseases.
