基于中医传承辅助平台石岩教授治疗瘿病用药规律分析

摘要
目的:基于"中医传承辅助平台管理系统(V2. 5)",探讨石岩教授诊治瘿病的临证经验及用药规律,为瘿病的新药研发提供参考。方法:通过临床医案采集,结合软件的分析系统,采用关联规则分析法、聚类分析法、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等高级数据挖掘方法,统计得出用药特点和组方规律分析;双人筛选并录入信息,构建石岩教授治疗瘿病的中药数据库,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对数据库进行四气、五味、归经分布及用药频次统计,组方规律、药物组合分析。结果:共纳入文献153个病例(甲状腺结节67则,甲状腺机能亢进29则,甲状腺炎20则,甲状腺肿26则,甲状腺机能减退65则),涉及药物133味。依次通过频数分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析以及可视化分析用药规律,最常使用药物性味为辛、苦,最常使用药物四气是寒性药。归经中最常使用的是肝、心和脾经。出现频数分析症状最高的为失眠、心悸和乏力等。结论:通过数据挖掘的方法,总结了石岩教授治疗瘿病的用药规律,为进一步的科学研究提供数据支撑。
Objective:Based on the"Management System of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5)",this paper discusses professor SHI Yan's clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of goiter and the law of drug use,and provides a reference for the development of new drugs for goiter. Methods:Through the collection of clinical medical records,combined with the software's analysis system,it uses statistical methods such as association rule analysis,cluster analysis,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.The characteristics of drug use and the analysis of the formula of the prescription. Formulate a search type,double-select and enter information,build a Chinese medicine database for professor SHI Yan's treatment of rickets,and use software-integrated data mining methods to perform statistics on the four gases,five flavors,the distribution of the naive,and the frequency of medication use,and formulas and drugs for the database. Results:A total of 153 cases were included in the literature(67 cases of thyroid nodules,29 cases of hyperthyroidism,20 cases of thyroiditis,26 cases of goiter,and 65 cases of hypothyroidism). The drug involved 133 tastes. Through frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and visual analysis of medication laws,the most commonly used drugs are pungent and bitter,and the most commonly used drugs are cold drugs. The liver,heart,and spleen are the most commonly used in menstruation. The most frequent symptoms of frequency analysis were insomnia,palpitations and fatigue. Conclusion:Through the method of data mining,professor SHI Yan's medication rule for treating rickets was summarized,providing data support for further scientific research.
