摘要
二级学院是大学"双一流"建设的排头兵和中坚力量。运用明茨伯格管理者角色理论分析,发现在"双一流"建设中二级学院院长符合人际角色、信息角色、决策角色三类角色特质,同时存在多元角色冲突、领导角色受到挑战、角色认知不明、角色负担过重等角色困境。为更好地实现"双一流"建设目标,院长一职应通过强化角色认知、优化选拔程序、创新考核内容、提升角色期待等途径缓解困境。
The department in the university is the vanguard and backbone of the " Double First-rae " construction. The study found that the deans of departments meet the three characteristics of interpersonal role,information role, and decision-making role in the construction by Mintzberg Management Theory. At the same time, there are role dilemmas such as conflict of multiple roles, challenge of leadership role, unknown role cognition, and excessive role burden. In order to better achieve the "Double First-rate" construction goals, we should alleviate predicament of the deans by strengthening role recognition, optimizing the selection process,innovating assessment content, and enhancing role expectations.
