摘要
目的:观察骆越壮酒对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:小鼠灌胃不同剂量的骆越壮酒28 d后,采用绵羊红细胞(SRBC)诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应(足跖增厚法)以及ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验(MTT法)检测细胞免疫功能;采用抗体生成细胞(PFC)和血清溶血素测定方法测定体液免疫情况;以小鼠碳廓清实验和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验测定单核巨噬细胞免疫功能。结果:骆越壮酒可显著促进小鼠的迟发型超敏反应和脾淋巴细胞的增值能力(P<0.01);显著提高SRBC免疫后的正常小鼠抗体生成细胞(PFC)数量和血清溶血素含量(P<0.01);显著提高小鼠碳廓清吞噬指数和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数(P<0.01)。结论:骆越壮酒对正常小鼠特异性和非特异性免疫机能均有显著的调节作用。
        Objective: To observe the effects of Luoyue Zhuang Wine on immune function in normal mice. Methods: Mice after administrated different doses of Luoyue Zhuang Wine by means of intragastric administration once a day for 28 days consecutively, the cell immune function was assessed by delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) induced by sheep red blood cell(SRBC) and mice spleen lymphocyte transformation test(MTT method) induced by ConA. The humoral immune function was assessed by antibody-producing cells(PFC) and serum hemolysin assay. The mononuclear phagocyte immune function was assessed by determining the capacity of carbon particle clearance and phagocytosis of chicken red blood cells by peritoneal macrophages. Results: Luoyue Zhuang Wine could significantly promote the DTH level and spleen lymphocyte transformation(P<0.01)in normal mice, and could significantly increase the number of normal mice PFC and serum hemolysin content(P<0.01)after SRBC immunization. It could also significantly enhance the rate of carbon clearance in mice and the index of phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage phagocytic rate and phagocytic index(P<0.01). Conclusion: Luoyue Zhuang Wine could stimulate both specific and non-specific immune function in normal mice.
