精细化管理在物业行业财务管理中的应用

摘要
随着社会的不断发展,经济水平的不断提高,人们生活条件的不断改善,对居住环境、物业服务水平及质量等各方面的要求愈来愈高。在这种现状下,传统的物业管理模式已不能很好地满足企业发展需要,精细化管理势在必行。论文针对物业行业中财务管理的现状进行分析,进而探讨精细化管理在物业行业财务管理中的应用,为物业行业财务管理的提升提供参考。
With the continuous development of society, the continuous improvement of economic level and the continuous improvement of people's living conditions, the requirements on living environment, property service level and quality are increasingly high. In this situation, the traditional property management mode can not meet the needs of enterprise development, fine management is imperative. This paper analyzes the current situation of financial management in the property industry, and then discusses the application of fine management in the financial management of the property industry, so as to provide reference for the improvement of financial management in the property industry.
