摘要
巧妙地运用多种机械机构设计了一种调整保压治具,能够精确、快速地对产品进行调整和保压,具有高效性和人性化的特点。并对调整块进行了有限元分析,校核了其刚度和强度,结果表明可满足设计要求。该治具后续应用在整个流水生产线上,能够大大地提高装配效率。
An adjusting and pressure-maintaining fixture,that is able to precisely and quickly adjust and maintain the pressure of products,is designed by skillfully using a variety of mechanical structures and it is effective and humanized.The paper performs finite element analysis on the adjusting block and the result of verifying its stiffness and strength shows that the device satisfies the demands.The fixture has been used in an entire production line,so that the production efficiency has been improved considerably.
