摘要

高校应用型人才的培养需注重学生实践动手能力的培养,使其毕业后能满足社会工作的需要。为了适应当代社会发展的需要,高校应用型人才的培养必须做好专业基础课程建设,从各个方面加强学生继续学习能力、实践操作能力等职业素养的培养,使其成为社会发展需要的人才。
