摘要
柔性制造单元的特点是智能化与集成化,物料在单元中的搬运、加工完全自动化,基于柔性制造单元的背景,采用e M-Plant搭建了仿真模型,通过对10种布局方案进行了仿真验证以及对比分析,提出基于物流量、空载行程和产出率等生产指标的评价方法,对这些指标评价方法进行显著性分析,最终获得了生产指标较优的布局方案。
The flexible manufacturing cell was characterized by intelligence and integration,and the handling and processing of materials in the cell was fully automated. Based on the background of flexible manufacturing cell, a simulation model was built by using e M-Plant. Through the simulation verification and comparative analysis of ten layouts, some evaluation methods based on the production indexes such as logistics volume, no-load travel and output rate were put forward. The significance and correlation of the evaluation results were analyzed, and the optimal layout was obtained.
