摘要
为提高运营期高速铁路精测网复测评估工作的规范性及标准化,基于十余条运营高铁精测网复测的评估实践,对其工作流程、评估规程及各个质量控制环节进行分析,建立测量项目全过程咨询评估体系:(1)在项目启动初期,应完善内部管理制度,制定作业指导书、评估大纲、各类补充规定,并进行方案审核及作业培训;(2)项目实施过程中,应严格执行实施方案、作业指导书和技术规程;(3)在项目后期,应对精测网复测成果进行精确验算与数据质量检查,提出评估结论建议。研究表明,评估的重难点问题为基准选取、复测成果更新及变形分析,并得出以下结论:基准点的选用应经过稳定性和兼容性检验;平面成果更新应结合原复测坐标较差、异常区段复测、横向变形等结果进行综合分析;高程成果更新应通过首次整网平差与二次平差确定;变形分析中需首先分析异常变形情况,必要时进行二次复测,并结合工程特点与结构特征进一步分析其对轨道平顺性的影响。
        In order to improve the standardization of the evaluation of the retesting work of the high-speed railway precision measurement network during the operation period,based on the evaluation practice of the remeasurement of the precision measurement network for more than ten high-speed railways,this paper analyzes their work flows,evaluation procedures and various quality control links,and establishes a consultation evaluation system for the whole process of measurement projects:( 1) At the initial stage of the project,the evaluation unit shall improve the internal management system,formulate operation instructions,evaluation outlines,various supplementary regulations,review the measurement plan and conduct operation training;( 2)During the implementation of the project,the measurement unit shall carry out the measurement strictly according to the plan,operation instructions and technical regulations;( 3) In the later stage of the project,the evaluation unit shall conduct accurate verification and data quality checking on the retesting results of theprecision measurement network, and propose evaluation conclusions. The research shows that the difficult problems in the evaluation are thebenchmark selection,the retesting results update and the deformation analysis,and the following conclusions are drawn: The selection of the reference point should be checked by stability and compatibility test; the update of the plane results should be combined with the difference between the original and re-measurement coordinates,the abnormal section retest results,and the lateral deformation; the elevation update should be determined by the first whole network adjustment and the second adjustment; in the deformation analysis,it is necessary to analyze the abnormal deformation first,and if necessary,perform the second re-measurement,and further analyze the influence of the deformation on the track smoothness by combining the engineering characteristics and structural features.
