摘要
对辣木籽中的油脂、多糖、多酚和黄酮类等主要活性物质以及所对应的提取工艺和辣木籽所具有的生理功能研究进展进行综述,以期为辣木籽的重点研究方向、综合利用及合理开发提供借鉴。
        The research focused on the main active components such as lipids,polysaccharides,polyphenols and flavonoids in Moringa oleifera seeds,the corresponding extraction process and the physiological functions of Moringa oleifera seeds were reviewed in order to provide references for the main research directions,comprehensive utilization and rational development of Moringa oleifera seeds.
