摘要
目的评价小麦低聚肽对醉酒小鼠的解酒活性,探讨作用机理。方法清洁级雄性KM种小鼠随机分为对照组和低、中、高剂量组(500、1 000、2 000 mg/kg·bw)。受试物按10 ml/kg·bw给予,30 min后,各组分别灌胃56%乙醇。灌胃结束后立即测定行为学指标,30 min后在各时间段分别测定血液中乙醇和乙醛含量,检测肝组织中ADH、ALDH、SOD、CYP450、CAT、XOD活性。结果与对照组相比,小麦低聚肽能降低小鼠全血中乙醇和乙醛含量,增强肝组织中ADH、ALDH含量,提高CAT、SOD活性。结论小麦低聚肽对醉酒小鼠具有解酒功能。
        Objective To investigate effect of wheat oligo-peptides(WOP)on antialcoholism function in mice,and to explore the antialcoholic mechanism.Methods Male KM mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,i.e.the model control group,low-dose group,middle-dose group and high-dose group.Dose design was 500,1 000,2 000 mg/kg·bw for WPO.All animals in the tested groups were gavaged with tested materials in 10 ml/kg·bw.After 30 minutes,all mice have gavaged the optimal dose of 56% ethanol.The behavioural indicators and biochemical markers of mice were determined to evaluate the anti-alcoholic activity of WOP.Results Compared with the model group,WOP could reduce the concentrations of ethanol,and acetaldehyde in blood,enhance the activity of ADH,ALDH,CAT,SOD in liver tissue.Conclusion Based on the results of this study,the WOP can enhance the anti alcoholic ability of mice.
