摘要
随着上湾煤矿开采范围的变化,矿井通风路线增长、局部通风阻力加大,原有的通风系统和主扇已不能适应安全生产的需要,因此需要进一步优化矿井通风系统,降低矿井通风阻力,节支降耗。北风井主扇由双电机运行调整为单电机运行,风量降低为5 500 m~3/min,负压降低为395 Pa,风机效率由85.12%提升为90.65%,每年主扇可节约电费约112万元。
With the enlargement of mining scope in Shangwan Coal Mine, the mine ventilation route is longer and the local ventilation resistance is larger. The original ventilation system and the main fan cannot meet the needs of safe production. Therefore, it is necessary to further optimize the mine ventilation system, reduce the mine ventilation resistance, and improve the disaster prevention ability. By adjusting the main fan of the north air shaft from two motors to one motor, the air volume is reduced to 5 500 m~3/min, the negative pressure is reduced to 395 Pa, the fan efficiency is increased from 85.12% to 90.65%, and the annual electricity cost can be saved by about 1.12 million Yuan.
