模块化方法在灯具低碳设计流程中的应用研究

摘要
为减少灯具在其生命周期中的碳排放量,提出了一种以模块化为核心的灯具低碳设计流程。首先,根据灯具设计的特殊需求和规范,使用模块化设计方法进行灯具的概念设计和具体设计,然后基于设计结果列出材料清单,最后,使用生态评估软件Sustainable Minds进行碳排放评估,用以验证模块化设计的产品是否能够减少碳排放。武汉黑蜻蜓工业设计中心遵循该设计流程为某企业设计灯具,设计过程和结果基本验证了模块化设计能有效支持低碳设计。该低碳设计流程为工业设计师提供了清晰的流程和简易的碳排放量计算方法,能有效支持灯具产品的低碳设计,也能为其他产品的低碳设计提供参考。
        In order to reduce the carbon emission of lamps in their life cycle, a low carbon design process for lamps integrating various technologies is proposed.Firstly, according to the special requirements and specifications of lamps design,the concept design and specific design of lamps were carried out with the modular design method. Then the material list was listed based on the design results. Finally,the carbon emission assessment was conducted with the ecological assessment software Sustainable Minds to verify whether the modular design products could reduce carbon emissions. Wuhan black dragon?y industrial design center follows the design process to design lamps for an enterprise. The design process and results basical y verify that modular design can effectively support low-carbon design. This low-carbon design process provides a clear process and simple carbon emission calculation method for industrial designers, which can effectively support the low-carbon design of lamps, and provide a reference for the low-carbon design of other products.
