摘要

针对我国与土耳其在矿用产品贸易领域存在的技术壁垒,以矿用产品安全认证为切入点,研究中、土两国的法律法规、监管模式、认证要求与运行机制等方面内容,分析中、土认证体系存在的差异与联系,进而探究能解决问题的建设性结论,将为我国与"一带一路"沿线国家矿用设备安全互认提供有力的技术支撑,是一项既有科学内涵又有社会、经济效益的工作。
        In view of the technical barriers existing in the field of mining products trade between China and Turkey,taking the safety certification of mining products as the breakthrough point,the laws and regulations,supervision mode,certification requirements and operation mechanism of China and Turkey have been studied. By analyzing the differences and links between Chinese and Turkish soil certification systems,constructive conclusions that can solve the problems have been explored. It will provide strong technical support for the mutual recognition of mining equipment safety in China and "The Belt and Road"related countries,which is a work with both scientific connotation and social and economic benefits.
