摘要

我国对矿山井下特种设备实施安全标志管理。多年实践证明,矿用产品安全标志管理制度在预防和减少矿山设备引发事故方面发挥了重要作用。通过分析当前影响安全标志管理制度的几方面因素,就做好当前矿用产品安全标志管理工作提出具体思路。同时认为矿用产品安全标志管理工作要紧紧围绕党和国家政策,做好改革准备,并对安全标志管理改革工作提出了建议。
        The administration of safety marks for the special equipment in underground mines was implemented in China, and it has been proved by practice for many years that the administration system of mining products safety marks has played an important role in preventing and reducing accidents caused by mine equipment. This paper analyzed several factors that affect the administration system of mining products safety marks at present, and put forward some perspectives on that. And it was further pointed out that the administration system of mining products safety marks shall be prepared for reform around the policies of the CPC and the state, the paper also put forward some suggestions on reforming the administration of safety marks.
