规划环评中大气环境影响评价工作内容的探讨

摘要
我国大气环境问题日益突出,做好规划项目大气环境影响评价,对于促进区域环境质量改善具有一定指导意义。目前规划环评中大气环境影响评价工作的流程和方法并未出台专项导则,为此笔者结合多年工作经验,总结了规划项目大气环境影响评价的主要内容,希望能为今后工作提供借鉴。本文首先介绍评价工作流程及要点,然后结合案例说明具体工作内容,目的是提高大气环境影响评价工作的准确性和规划合理性。
        China's atmospheric environment problems are becoming more and more prominent. Doing a good job in atmospheric environmental impact assessment of planning projects has certain guiding significance for promoting regional environmental quality improvement. At present, there are no special guidelines for the process and method of atmospheric environmental impact assessment in the planning of environmental impact assessment. For this reason, the author combines many years of work experience and summarizes the main contents of the atmospheric environmental impact assessment of the planning project, hoping to provide reference for future work. This paper first introduces the evaluation workflow and key points, and then explains the specific work content with the case, the purpose is to improve the accuracy and planning rationality of the atmospheric environmental impact assessment work.
