精细化管理在提高首台手术开台准点率中的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在提高首台手术开台准点率中的应用效果。方法便利抽样选取2017年1-12月本院住院手术的100例患者为观察组,同法选取2016年1-12月本院住院手术的100例患者为对照组。观察组实施精细化手术管理,对照组为常规手术管理,比较实施精细化管理前后的首台手术开台准点率及其他相关指标。结果精细化管理实施后首台手术开台准点率明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,每日手术台数、每日每手术间手术台数较实施前增加;服务态度、转运交接质量、护理操作技能以及护理工作满意率亦较实施前明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在手术室管理中采取精细化管理模式,可有效提高首台手术开台准点率,进而提高手术效率,提高医院经济和社会效益,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To study and discuss the application effect of meticulous management in improving the punctuality rate of the first operation.Methods By convenience sampling method,100 patients who were hospitalized in the hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group,and 100 patients who were hospitalized from January to December 2017 were selected as an experimental group.The experimental group was treated with refined operation management,while the control group was treated with routine operation management.The punctuality rate of the first operation before and after refined operation management and the related indicators were compared.Results After the implementation of meticulous management,the punctuality rate of the first operation was significantly higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the number of operations per day and the number of operations per operating room per day increased.Service attitude,transshipment transfer,nursing operation skills and satisfaction rate of nursing work were significantly improved(all P<0.05).Conclusions Adopting meticulous management mode in operation room can effectively improve the punctuality rate of the first operation,so as to improve the operative efficiency,improve the economic and social benefits of the hospital,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
