摘要

目的对口腔结核的诊治思路做总结性报告,减少以"口腔溃疡"形式首发的结核病人误诊、漏诊及误治率。方法以两例口腔结核患者为例,通过临床诊疗过程,对其易误诊误治原因进行分析讨论。结果临床上对口腔结核性溃疡患者给予合理口腔治疗,及时转传染科作抗痨治疗,是治疗成功的关键。结论理清口腔结核的诊治思路,作出正确诊断是治疗口腔粘膜结核的最重要的环节。
        Objective To make a summary rePort of the diagnosis and treatment of oral tuberculosis and reduce the rate of misdiagnose,missed diagnosis and mistaken diagnosis in the form of"oral ulcers".Methods Analyze and discuss the reason of misdiagnosis through the clinical diagnosis and treatment Process,taking two cases of oral tuberculosis Patients for examPle.Results It is the key to success to give Patients a reasonable oral treatment and timely transfer Patients to Infectious Disease DePartment to do antituberculosis treatment during clinical treatment of oral tuberculosis ulcer Patients.Conclusion Understanding the diagnosis and treatment of oral tuberculosis and making the correct diagnosis is the most imPortant Part to treat the oral mucosal tuberculosis.
