大学英语教师创造性人格特质和创造力教学行为的关系探究

摘要
以华东地区六所高校的127名大学英语教师为研究对象,使用因子分析、相关分析和回归分析,探究他们的创造性人格特质对创造力教学行为的影响。研究发现:1)大学英语教师对自身的创造性人格特质和创造力教学行为整体认可一般;2)创造性人格特质可提取出"乐观精干""自主独立"和"变通反思"三个因子,创造力教学行为可提取出"弹性监管"和"个性化鼓励"两个因子。创造性人格特质的三个因子对创造力教学行为的两个因子存在不同程度影响,尤以"乐观精干"影响最为重要。
        Based on 127 college English teachers' questionnaires from 6 universities in east China, this study explores the relationship between teachers' creative personalities and its effect on language teaching behaviors through factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Major findings are:(1) College English teachers show general approval about their creative personalities and creative teaching behaviors;(2) Creative personalities could be categorized into three key factors: optimism and capability, autonomy and independence, flexibility and reflectiveness, while creative teaching behaviors could be categorized into two factors: flexible supervision and personalized encouragement. All of the three factors of creative personalities have more or less significant effects on the two factors of creative teaching behaviors and the most important factor is the optimism and capability.
