摘要

某铜矿的采矿方法经历了多次优化改进,当前矿山面临深部扩建,拟采用下向水平分层进路式胶结充填采矿法。基于矿山开采技术条件、现有充填系统、深部应力环境,设计采场的长度、阶段高度设计为150 m、100 m,采用YT-27凿岩机和Boomer 281双臂电动液压凿岩台车联合凿岩,2 m~3铲运机出矿。生产实践表明:采用该采矿方法后,采场综合生产能力大幅提高,贫化率5%,损失率6%,能够满足安全、高效、损失率低的生产要求。
        The mining method of a copper mine has undergone many optimization and improvements. At present, the mine faces further expansion. It is proposed to adopt the downward horizontal cut and fill cemented filling mining method. Based on the technical conditions of the mining, existing filling system, and deep stress environment, the length and bench height of the stope are designed to be 150 m and 100 m. YT-27 rock drill and Boomer 281 double-arm electric hydraulic rock drilling jumbo are combined to be used for drilling, and 2 m~3 carry scraper is used for ore extracting. The production practice shows that the comprehensive capacity of the stope is greatly improved after this mining method is adopted. The dilution rate is 5% and the loss rate is 6%, which can meet the production requirements of safety, high efficiency and low loss rate.
