基于过程性学习的思政课程与课程思政的试点研究

摘要

2016年底,全国思政工作会议的召开为高校思政教育指明了方向。一时,如何上好传统思政课程、如何从思政课程向课程思政转化、如何构建全员全课程大思政教育创新体系成为各高校议论的焦点。拥有300多万在校生的国家开放大学,是一个充分展示思政教育的良好平台,但因成人学生的教学现状,其思政教育一直不受重视,同时,因开放教育教学的特殊性,要像普通高校一样开展全课程思政又不具备条件。因此,从开放教育教学过程出发,基于开放教育的过程性学习环节尝试在相关课程内开展从思政课程向课程思政的转变,在专业教学中引入理想信念教育,引导成人学生专业与实际工作相结合、专业学习与国家形势学习相结合、专业能力提升与思想价值观端正相结合具有一定的研究价值。
        At the end of 2016, the convoking of National Conference on Ideological and Political Work indicated the direction for ideological and political education in colleges and universities. As a university with more than 3 million students, the Open University of China is a good platform of demonstrating ideological and political education. However, due to the teaching status of adult students, their ideological and political education has always been underestimated. Furthermore, the features of open education make it hard to carry out ideological and political education as other colleges and universities. Therefore, it is of great value to experiment with transforming from ideological and political courses to ideological and political education integrated with school curriculums in related courses based on process learning of open education, namely, introducing ideal and belief education in professional teaching, guiding adult students to combine professional and practical work, combining professional learning with national situational learning and improving professional ability with correct values of thoughts.
