摘要
目的在对患者进行尿液检验中,分别使用尿沉渣镜检法与尿干化学法对尿液样本进行相关参数的检验,根据结果分析这两种方法的优缺点。方法选取117例在我院接受治疗的患者为研究对象,为其进行取样,每份样本分为两份,一份使用尿沉渣镜检法进行检测,另一份使用尿干化学法进行检验。对两种检测方法进行判定并分析两种方法检验结果的阳性率。结果经统计,镜检组患者样本的红细胞及白细胞的阳性检出率分别为60.6%与53.0%显著高于尿干化学法。结论在临床上为患者进行尿检时镜检法和尿干化学法均有一定的诊断价值,但使用尿沉渣镜检法的阳性检出率相对更高。
Objective To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of urine sediment microscopy and urine dry chemical analysis in determination of relevant parameters in urine test of patients. Methods 117 patients who were treated in Jianyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected to produce urine specimens. Each specimen was divided into two parts to be respectively tested by urinary sediment microscopy and urine dry chemical analysis.The advantages and disadvantages of two detection methods were discussed and the positive rates of test results determined by the two methods were analyzed. Results According to statistics, the positive rates of red blood cells and leukocytes determined by urinary sediment microscopy were 60.6% and 53.0% respectively, which were significantly higher than those tested by urine dry chemical analysis. Conclusion Both the urine sediment microscopy and urine dry chemical analysis are of certain diagnostic value when they are applied to clinical urine examination of patients while the positive detection rate of urine sediment microscopy is relatively higher.
